By downloading or using PeptraLab (the "Service"), you agree to these Terms.

1. The Service

PeptraLab is a personal tracking and journaling tool for peptides and GLP-1 routines. It is provided for informational and organizational purposes only.

Not medical advice. PeptraLab is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, or dosing recommendations. Estimated medication levels are theoretical calculations based on your own entries and are not clinical measurements. You are solely responsible for decisions about your health and medications. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional. Never disregard professional medical advice because of something in this app.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.

3. Subscriptions

Premium features are offered via auto-renewable subscriptions billed through the Apple App Store or Google Play. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel anytime in your app store account settings. Any free trial converts to a paid subscription unless cancelled before it ends. Prices are shown in the app before purchase.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Service, attempt to disrupt it, or use it for unlawful purposes.

5. Disclaimer of warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or accurate.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PeptraLab shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or any damages arising from health decisions made using the Service.

7. Changes

We may update these Terms; continued use after changes means you accept them.
